Refund policy
At La Phyto Benelux, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We therefore offer a 30-day return period, subject to the conditions below.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify under our extended 30-day return policy, products must be unused, unopened and, where applicable, have their original seal intact. Products must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please do not return products without contacting us first. Unannounced returns may delay the processing of your refund.
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise agreed by us, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing online within the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
After notifying us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Your statutory right of withdrawal is separate from, and is not affected by, our additional 30-day return policy.
When the complete order is withdrawn, we will refund the purchase price together with the cost of our standard outbound delivery. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method is not refundable.
Cosmetics, Hygiene & Sealed Products
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, certain cosmetic or personal-care products may be supplied with a hygiene seal.
Where a product is specifically sealed for health or hygiene reasons, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply once that seal has been broken after delivery.
This exception applies only where legally permitted and where the customer was informed before purchase that breaking the seal would result in the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Products that remain sealed may still be returned in accordance with the applicable return conditions.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If an item is defective, damaged in transit or you have received an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@laphytobenelux.com.
Please include your order number and, where helpful, photographs showing the issue. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or non-conforming products remain unaffected.
Exchanges
We do not currently process direct exchanges.
If you would like another product, please return the eligible product in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
Sale and Promotional Items
Sale and promotional items are subject to the same statutory consumer rights as regularly priced products.
Any additional voluntary return conditions offered by La Phyto Benelux will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the return has been accepted.
Where you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will be made within 14 days of your withdrawal notification. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
